Why Did I Decide to Become a Life Coach?
The last 25 years of my career focused on improving people's lives through state level system work, which was important and satisfying. But I missed working with people one-on-one. I also remembered how I often felt like I couldn't find the help and support that fit me and my personality. It seemed like I was always trying to fit into someone else's mold or follow a current trend. Retirement gave me the opportunity to start a whole new career as a coach - one who sees you and works alongside you to create a customized growth and change experience just for you!
Sure, I'm still working on my own stuff -
- and I always will be. Like you, I'm a flawed human! But that doesn't mean we can't help each other. Through a lot of trial and error I'm in a place now where I've exchanged chaos, anxiety, and discontent for peace, contentment, and satisfaction (dare I say, happiness?) - and I'd like to help you do the same!

Helps me make plans and set goals
"Cassie has been my life coach for nearly two years - since my beloved wife of 52 years passed away. She is a brilliant woman, superb listener, writes beautifully, and summarizes our complicated sessions well. Week-to-week she remembers my history. She helps me make plans and set goals. Cassie seems like part of my family."
